The meeting highlighted an intercultural values event in Milan, using the common-sense moral code written by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard as a basis for discussion.
Community representatives, families and young people reflected on the importance of respect, honesty, responsibility and peaceful coexistence in daily life. The presence of young participants gave the event a forward-looking character, connecting cultural identity with civic responsibility and respect for others.
Ivan Arjona noted that Europe’s strength is also found in families, communities and volunteers who help build trust across cultures. The Church of Scientology and its volunteers support social betterment initiatives across Europe, including education, prevention and community programmes inspired by L. Ron Hubbard.
